I'm Ms. Shuyun - the Villa’s owner who has decided to share partial space of this beautiful home with worldwide guests since August 2024.
# This suite is part of our private Villa
The room represents a comfortable accommodation for your trip in Fiorano Modenese (Bologna area). I live in the same villa but on different floors.
In the same house there are other 2 suites for guests. Also, there are a kitchen and a dining room available for guests with self service use, where from 7am to 10:30 am guests can find coffe, tea, milk, pastries, snacks, orange juice, yogurt, fruits and boiled eggs. Guests can enjoy them in the kitchen dining room or in their suite terrace . Wi-fi, Air-conditioning/Heating, bed linens, towels and soap are all included. Tap water is NOT drinkable, but you can find bottled water in both your lavatory and kitchen fridge. Everything is carefully clean and sanitized after each guest stay.
No room service and no daily cleaning.
# the Gym room is free use but you need to book it after your check in.
# the Cinema theater and Pool are both fee-for Services, but you will need to book them after your check in.
#Pet Policy: Pets are welcome upon request. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed in all room types, while pets over 10 kg can be accommodated exclusively in the Nuvola Apartment. To ensure comfort and hygiene for all guests, pets are not allowed on the beds. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own pet bed or carrier. Food, accessories, and any necessary medication must be provided by their owners. A small cleaning fee of €8 per pet, per night applies.
# VERY IMPORTANT. CHECK-IN is at 15:00
Please send us the time of your ARRIVAL so we will not stay all the day at home waiting for you.
From 10.30am you can leave your bags at the home reception for us to keep for you. The Room will be ready at 15:00 after the cleaning and sanitation.
# VERY IMPORTANT CHECK-OUT is at 10:30 am, but if you need you can leave your bags at reception and take them later.
# Please take note: we will need your personal information as passport or ID card for Check-in , because, as required by Italian legislation, we are obliged to communicate the names of our guests to police office and the short-term touristic rental agreement that Landlord (Host) and tenant (Guest) must sign in compliance with national laws.
